I discovered the joy of painting by following the techniques of the Old Masters in combination with an impressionism manner of painting. I am a Member of the American Artists Professional League (AAPL). I was awarded at the American Artists Professional League 2008 80th Grand National Exhibition. Was First in Oil at the 2010 76th and First in Still Life at the 2011 77th Annual International Exhibitions of Fine Art in Miniature (MPSGS), First at the 2010 The ArtFirst! - a juried show by artists with disabilities, won an Honorable Mention Award in the "Peaceful Places" category at the 2010 Bryn Mawr Art Ability Annual Exhibition; won an Honorable Award at 61st 2011 Annual National Exhibition of the Academic Artists Association; awarded with a Silver Medal of Honor at the 2011 Audubon Artists Society Annual Exhibition at The Salmagundi Art Club, NY.
